Thinking in Materials:

	Vegetable-tanned Leather	Where possible, Think! will use leather that has been vegetable-tanned where the foot will come into contact with the shoe. These natural tanning products that are used are obtained from the recyclable resource of bark from tree plantations. By using vegetable-leather, which is recognised as an expensive tanning method; Think! are ensuring that their shoes have additional properties by being; porous, moisture-absorbent, toxin-free and hypoallergenic.
	Natural Latex	This is used within the shoes alongside leather and recyclable PU. The natural latex is obtained from the hevea tree (rubber tree) and involves sap being taken from vessels within the tree (all of which causes no damage to the tree itself). This sap provides a latex for shoe soles that ensure they are durable, abrasive and skid-proof.
	Leather	The bulk of the leather used for Think! shoes is sourced from tanneries which Think! have ensured and proved are continually maintaining excellent social and environmental standards. Equally, when transporting the rawhides from these tanneries no chemical preservatives are used unnecessarily.
	Cork	Constitutes up to 99% of the insole of a Think! shoe in order to provide an insole that contours itself to the wearers foot, making wearing the foot as comfortable and unique as possible.
