Who Deals With My Enquiry?
To ensure that the highest quality of service is provided to our customers we have dedicated members within all aspects of our company who are always interested to hear customer feedback, however great or small.
When you call or e-mail us, your enquiry will be dealt with by our customer service team which consists of Tom, Alison, Katie or Karen who will ensure that your enquiry is dealt with to your satisfaction.
If your enquiry is regarding the website, all of your feedback will be passed onto our Web Developer, Kris, who is always looking for ways to improve the running of our site. Equally, if you are interested in or have any feedback on the content of the website, our Marketing Co-ordinator Rebecca is also keen to hear any comments from customers. Information or responses to photographic content on the website is greatly received by our dedicated Image Co-ordinator, Nick.
All feedback will also be referred to our Managing Director Mark, or if you have any trade/business enquiries, these will also be passed onto Mark.
