When you call or e-mail us, your enquiry will be dealt with by our customer service team which consists of Tom, Alison, Katie or Karen who will ensure that your enquiry is dealt with to your satisfaction.
If your enquiry is regarding the website, all of your feedback will be passed onto our Web Developer, Kris, who is always looking for ways to improve the running of our site. Equally, if you are interested in or have any feedback on the content of the website, our Marketing Co-ordinator Rebecca is also keen to hear any comments from customers.
