| If I don't like my shoes, can I return or exchange them? |
As you are buying your shoes on the internet, we understand that once you have them they may not be exactly as you wanted them, e.g. the colour doesn't match the outfit you have bought them for. So, we will accept any returns as long as they are in an unworn, unused condition and in their original box. If the item returns to us in a soiled, used state, we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange. To make sure you do not damage the shoes when trying them on, see our FAQ – Trying shoes on at home. If you do not like your shoes, you can return them to us for a full refund, or an exchange. You will have received a returns form in your box, and all you need to do is send the shoes back to us with this form, stating whether you want a refund or exchange by ticking the appropriate box. If you do wish to exchange the item for a shoe on our website, you will need to provide us with the size and product ID of this shoe. The product ID is located as follows:

Please note: if the item you wish to exchange is less/more than than the item you are returning you will be refunded/charged accordingly. Posting items back to us is also at your own cost and risk, so we recommend you take out insurance when posting the item back to us, and all items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
