If you've forgotten your password, don't worry, this is probably one of the most common of enquiries. After all, we have that many usernames and passwords for different sites that when it comes to using a password we've forgotten which one is which.

To find out what your password is on Hobson Shoes, all you have to do is click on the “Forgot Password” link at the top of the screen where you would normally enter your membership details.

This will then take you to a new page where you will be asked to enter your username. Once you have entered this click on the “Email New Password” button to receive your new password.

Don't worry that your password is a jumble of letters and numbers, this is just a generated password that is created. We cannot send you your previous password as we do not have access to these in order to protect your details.
