Upon receiving your shoes, we advise you to try them on under our trying on guidelines to ensure that you do not damage the shoes in any way. If you do find that they do not fit, you can do the following:

Return the item to us within 14 days of purchase.

You will have received a “Returns Form” within your package, you need to tick the relevant boxes to you and then request what option you would like:
* A full refund
* An exchange for a particular size.
* An exchange for an alternative product.

Whilst one of our policies is for you to return the item to us in the original packaging, this means the original shoe box and any relevant wrappings within, not the parcel wrapping (e.g. Fed Ex) in which it is sent. If this was destroyed upon opening, you can return the item to us any reasonable packaging, e.g. a bin bag.

Do not return the item in the shoe box without wrapping for security reasons.

Please do not deface the shoe box by writing anything on it or sticking any wrapping to it. If the shoe box is ruined you may be charged for a re-boxing fee.

You may wish to insure the item at the Post Office to insure against theft or damage as we will be unable to refund you in such eventualities.

When we receive your shoes, they will be checked and as long as we deem them in an unworn, unsoiled condition, we will either:
* Refund you within 10 working days
* Send you your exchange product; we will despatch this as soon as possible, even the same day we receive your return if the item is in stock. Please note that if your exchange item is more or less than the previous item you will be refunded/charged the relevant amount.
